1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Senoya. Senoya operates the website located at senoya.com. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these T&C, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

2. Products and Services

a. Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

b. Herbal/Wellness Disclaimer: Senoya products are natural food and herbal supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, supplement, or herbal product, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are nursing.

c. Pricing: All prices are listed in LKR and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to the total cost.

3. Orders and Payment

a. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

b. Payment: We accept payment via  Visa, MasterCard, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

4. Shipping and Returns

a. Shipping: We are committed to processing and shipping orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

b. Returns/Refunds:  Due to the nature of our food and herbal products, we generally do not accept returns once the product seal has been broken. Please refer to our separate Shipping and Returns Policy for detailed guidelines on cancellations, damaged goods, and refund processes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, product names (Senoya Ceylon Spices, Senoya Ceylon Wellness, Senoya Ceylon Naturals, Senoya Dehydrated Foods), as well as the compilation thereof, is the property of Senoya or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Senoya, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka to resolve any legal matter arising from these T&C.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these T&C at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
